6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Additional charges may apply for reshipping an order returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, where applicable and legally permitted.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and assist in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
